Booking Terms

For multistage treatment a proportion of fees will be due following each appointment.

Deposits for appointments are payable on booking and are non-refundable. Deposits will be retained in the event of a short notice change to the appointment.

Short notice is defined as 2 working days or 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for any reason. This policy will be adhered to in all circumstances.

The full fee for new patient and hygiene appointments will be taken at booking and will be treated the same as deposits.

Treatment estimates cover work as described, any further treatment of any kind, or additional appointments will incur further fees.

Prices are valid for 8 weeks.

Any changes after the stated times, for any reason, are at the management’s discretion.
